The Onshore Pipeline Regulations and Section 112 of the National Energy Board Act require completion of an M&NP Crossing Request for any crossing of the pipeline, as well as proper notice of any planned activity such as excavation within 30 meters of the M&NP easement.  Once you are in possession of an approved Crossing Request, M&NP requires 48 hours notice before your planned work or crossing is carried out.
